UV LED Technology The Mimaki JFX500-2131 printer uses UV LED technology, which does not generate excessive heat, allowing direct printing on a variety of materials, even heat-sensitive ones, without any substrate deformation. UV LED printing requires no drying time; prints are immediately ready for further processing. UV curing allows for immediate drying, eliminating the need for additional post-printing time. This shortens the production process, ensuring greater efficiency. Thanks to its innovative print heads (6 heads, staggered in banks of 3), the JFX500-2131 reaches a production speed of 60 m²/h. Intelligent Micrometric Feed System (IMS) The new micrometric head feed system uses a high-precision linear scale to ensure extremely accurate ink droplet placement, drastically reducing banding and allowing even size 2 ink to be printed with perfect legibility. High resolution at 1,200 x 1,200 dpi and variable droplet size Thanks to a print resolution of up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi and variable droplet size management with a minimum droplet size of just 7 pl, you can achieve excellent image quality. Even in four-color printing, you achieve absolutely precise reproduction and grain-free prints, with smooth, even gradients. Nozzle reset function This function temporarily resets any deflected nozzles, allowing the operator to continue printing at the same level of quality without any downtime.
